Step 1
Lay the sheet across your bed, on top of your fitted sheet or mattress topper. It sits between you and the rest of your bedding, so your skin touches it while you sleep. Takes about a minute, and you only do it once.
Made with silver fibre
No power runs through it, just earth
Sets up in about a minute
Machine washable at 40°C
Soft against your skin
The Grounding Sheet is one simple layer: cotton with a silver fibre grid running through it.
The silver grid carries the connection. It runs through the fabric in a fine woven grid, not printed on top, and links to the earth through the earth slot of any standard power point, the same connection that earths every appliance in your home.
The cotton makes it a sheet you actually want to sleep on. It's 90% cotton, soft and breathable, so it feels like normal bedding, not like equipment.
The cord makes setup easy. Clip it to the sheet, plug the other end into the earth slot, and the connection is made. No electricity runs into your bed.
Lay it across your bed and that's it. A simple way to bring the calm of the earth into your day.

No routine and nothing to switch on. You set it up once, then just sleep the way you always do.
Grounding is nothing new or complicated. It's the same contact you get standing barefoot on grass, but brought indoors.
Made with 90% cotton and a woven silver fibre grid. Soft and breathable against your skin.
01
That settled, easy feeling of standing barefoot outside. You know the feeling. It's been with us a lot longer than shoes have.
02
Rubber soles, concrete floors and beds up off the ground. Most of us go days without touching the earth at all.
03
Nothing to do, nothing to switch on. You get into bed the way you always do, and your bed does the rest.
04
Thin silver fibres run through the cotton. They connect to the cord, and the cord connects to the earth outside your home.
Somewhere outside your home, a metal stake runs down into the soil. Your wiring connects to it. It's there so stray electricity always has a safe path back into the earth. Most Australian homes have one, though some older houses still have unearthed power points.
Have a look at any power point in the house. The two angled slots on top carry the power. The straight slot underneath is the earth, and it leads to that same stake in the soil outside.
Your grounding cord only ever connects to that bottom slot. No power runs through it, and it works whether the switch is on or off. The sheet is simply connected to the earth outside, the same way the rest of your house is.
Your body runs on electrical signals. Nerves fire, muscles contract, your heart keeps its rhythm. That's just how a body works.
Your skin conducts too. It's why a heart monitor can read your pulse through a sticker, and why a static shock jumps from your finger to a door handle.
Because your body conducts, it can also hold a charge. Touch something connected to the earth and that charge settles, the same as stepping barefoot onto wet grass. That's the whole idea behind a grounding sheet.
Grounding isn't a new idea. For thousands of years people slept on the ground, walked barefoot and worked in the soil. Contact with the earth was just part of the day.
The earth carries a natural negative charge. When your skin touches the ground, your body and the earth share that charge, the same way any two connected things settle at the same level. Stand barefoot on wet grass and it happens on its own.
Then we put rubber under our feet and floors between us and the soil, and that contact disappeared. A grounding sheet simply brings it back into a home where it no longer happens by itself.

That's the idea. Every night you're connected to the earth again, the way it should be.
Three simple steps to sleep grounded
Lay the sheet across your bed, on top of your fitted sheet or mattress topper. It sits between you and the rest of your bedding, so your skin touches it while you sleep. Takes about a minute, and you only do it once.
Clip the cord onto the snap connector at the edge of the sheet, then plug the other end into the earth slot of your power point. Only the earth connects, so no power runs through it and there's nothing to switch on.
Get into bed and sleep the way you always do. No routine to keep up, no app, nothing to remember. Wash it with the rest of your bedding whenever you'd normally change the sheets.
